  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt + pinch of coconut sugar + fresh-cracked pepper


  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt, coco sugar, and pepper. Pour over cherry tomatoes. Serve with your favorite garlic bread or all by itself!
