Marinated Cherry Tomatoes
Marinated Cherry Tomatoes is the perfect way to highlight these summer gems.
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt + pinch of coconut sugar + fresh-cracked pepper
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt, coco sugar, and pepper. Pour over cherry tomatoes. Serve with your favorite garlic bread or all by itself!
