Grapefruit Orange Blossom Sorbet

  • Chill mixture thoroughly, then freeze in your ice cream machine according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  • Scoop sorbet into a storage container. Freeze at least 4 hours before serving.

Boozy Citrus Sorbet Treat

  • Combine 2 scoops grapefruit orange blossom sorbet, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, and a splash of elderflower liqueur. Serve immediately.

*Because honey and coconut sugar are darker in color, the sorbet has a peachy hue. If you prefer the color more pink, substitute all-white cane sugar instead of honey and coconut sugar.
