- 1 ounce rhubarb-honey syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- toothpick lavender oil
- 3 ounces champagne
- edible flowers, garnish (optional)
- Mix all ingredients except for champagne in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake, strain into a flute glass, then top with champagne.
- Garnish with edible flowers.
