- Mason jar
- Tea Strainer
- 2 –3 teaspoons loose-leaf green tea (I prefer Sencha)
- 12 ounces sparkling water/club soda
- Add green tea and club soda to mason jar. Seal jar and refrigerate for 6–12 hours (I like to do this in the morning while I brew some Gyokuro).
- Strain into preferred cup and enjoy.
